Use this page to import new data for your model and review the model's import history.
Warning
If you import a spreadsheet with multiple workbooks or sheets, your Applaud tenant only imports the first sheet.
Import No. |
This indicates how many imports are recorded in the imports history list. |
NEW IMPORT |
Opens the Import dialog box so that you can upload your file and then map your fields. |
|
Opens the Search box so that you can search your import history list. The list starts to filter as you type. |
|
Opens the filter context menu to sort the table rows by date or filter it by the user who imported the file. If you have many users or processes importing data, you can find the imports for a particular process or user. |
Import history row |
Each row in the import history table shows details of your import: Selecting the row opens the Import dialog box where you can view more of the import's details. If your import had any errors, you can download just the rows with errors, fix them and then reimport them. |
|
When you first import your file, a yellow hourglass indicates that your import is being processed. Once your Applaud tenant completes the import, it sends you an email. If you remained on the page, you need to refresh it to see the updated status. If your Applaud tenant couldn't import any of the rows in your file, the status is shown as Failed. However, this doesn't mean that the whole file was not processed. See the number processed and the number of errors under the filename. |
Filename |
The name that you gave the file that you imported. |
No. processed No. remaining No errors |
This shows how many rows in your file were imported. If your file is large and takes a long time, you can see how many are still to process. You might need to refresh the page to see the updated number. If the status chip shows Failed, you can see how many rows failed. This does not mean the whole file failed. |
|
These information chips show the status of your import. Processing shows by default after you import your file. Once the process is complete, Applaud sends you an email. If you still have the page open, you might need to refresh to see the updated status. A Failed status doesn't mean that the whole import failed. Check the No. processed to see how many rows have been processed and how many could not be imported. You can click the row to download the failed rows, amend them and reimport them. |
