Scenario
Your HR team stores annual leave policies, holiday calendars, and employee handbooks in a SharePoint site connected to Applaud.
An employee asks the AI Assistant:
"How many days of vacation leave do I get?"
The AI Assistant:
- Searches synchronized SharePoint content.
- Identifies the relevant annual leave policy.
- Generates a response based on the approved HR documentation.
- Includes a citation to the original SharePoint document.
The employee can open the citation to review the source document in SharePoint.
