- Users can now log in to the mobile app on iOS using Touch ID. This feature is not available in Single Sign On configurations.

- Forms that been auto-saved now show a bar at the top of the form notifying the user of the autosave and giving them the option to reset the form or dismiss the bar.

- Goal comments and ratings entered in a performance review are now auto-saved and do not need to be submitted individually.
- Completed performance reviews can now be re-opened by users with access to the new re-open item action. When re-opening, the user is prompted to choose the step it should be re-opened at. Contact Applaud Support for assistance configuring this new block.
- When a manager submits a performance review, it now redirects to their dashboard. When an employee submits a performance review, it redirects to their performance home page.
- A new 'Signature - optional' phase has been introduced. This allows for performance reviews, such as goal-setting, to have a 'soft' manager signature, which essentially means the review is completed without the optional signature.
- Goal ratings can be hidden for certain types or categories of goals by using the request parameter hideRatingForTypes or hideRatingForCategories on the goals-in-review/by-review/{reviewFormId} REST API defined on the goals list block. For example, hideRatingForTypes=A,B or hideRatingForCategories=1,2
- Goals that are being edited during a review now show the last approved version of the goal on the home page (rather than being hidden).

- The seeded formula XXAS_EMP_VIEW_ASG_VIEW, which can be used by a flexible block to show employee details, has now been updated to show additional fields. In this seeded formula some of these fields are secured, which means they're only visible to the employee and/or manager.
