How it works
The AI Assistant analyzes the employee's message and determines the kind of task they want to do. It then offers them either:
- A direct form to complete.
- A set of follow-up questions to gather missing details.
- A link to proceed to the relevant part of the system.
For example, if the employee types "I want to book leave next Friday," the Assistant opens the time-off request form, pre-selects the date, and asks for any remaining details, such as the leave type or return date.
If the employee says, "I need help with my payslip," the Assistant may open a ticket on their behalf and pre-fill the subject line and category, reducing manual effort.
