If you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) or single sign-on (SSO) for your users, you can adjust the maximum session duration beyond the default of four hours.
- You can extend the session duration or shorten it.
- If the session is set to four hours or less, the Remember me option does not appear.
Remember me with 2FA
When you set the session duration to longer than four hours and users sign in with 2FA, they see the Remember me option in the 2FA modal window.
Remember me with SSO
When you set the session duration to longer than four hours and users sign in with SSO, they are asked if they want to remember their device.
Managing remembered devices
Users can view and manage their remembered devices from the User settings page, accessible from their quick links.
From here, users can remove any devices they no longer use.
