Most of us are accustomed to social reactions on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, among others. You can also incorporate this feature into your list block items. It's up to you whether you want users to simply like or dislike a list item.
Encourage more positivity by leaving comments and reactions.
Alternatively, you can just enable comments. When you select the comment button, you can your comment in a modal window:

You can control comments for specific list items with a boolean property. If you have this set up on your model and selected for the record, you can prevent comments on those items with the selected boolean property. For example, you could set up a boolean property called “Closed for commenting” that you can tick against particular items to control when commenting becomes disabled.
