The stepper feature presents a visual representation of the process flow, including the steps and their status. Each step is linked to a property on your model, such as Onboarding status. The stepper highlights the current step based on the propertyβs value.
To move between steps, you must configure workflows that update the property when an action is completed or a condition is met. For example, a workflow might update the Onboarding status from Contract offered to Contract accepted once the candidate accepts the offer.
This setup means the stepper only progresses when your workflows tell it to, giving you precise control over how and when steps change.
