Workflows
"Go to" workflow action
We've added a new "Go to" workflow action so that you don't need to duplicate the same workflow actions for different if/then branches.
You can only add the new Go to workflow action below one of the if/then or approval branches. If you try to add it before or without a branch with eligible nodes, you'll see no eligible nodes found and an error message.
A dotted line arrow displays the hierarchical path leading to the action you selected from the list.
You can't add another Go to action below a Go to action. Validation prevents infinite loops. You can modify the "Go to" action by selecting it. You can change or delete the selected action. You can't delete a workflow action referenced by any "Go to" action. You'll need to remove the workflow action from the Go to action before deleting it. See our knowledge base articles, About the Go to workflow action and Add a Go to workflow action.
Chatbots
"Go to" Chatbot action
We have introduced a new "Go to" action for the chatbot, which eliminates the need to repeat the same actions for different if/then scenarios.
This operates similarly to the Go to workflow action that we added to this release, see our knowledge base articles, About the Go to chat action, and Add a Go to chat action.
Support "Go to" action icon in the hierarchy view
We've added a new icon to the hierarchy view to support the new "Go to" workflow and chatbot actions.
Feedback & pulse surveys
Filter feedback charts with user properties
We have added a filter to the feedback survey based on the custom User properties.
Experience insights
Improved performance of the Experience insights page
We've improved the performance of the Experience Insights page by making efficient use of Google Analytics API requests and implementing caching to greatly improve the performance of the experience insights page while ensuring that the data is retrieved optimally. See our knowledge base article, About the Experience Insights dashboard in Applaud.
Form analytics improvements
We have summarized the form performances in an analytical chart so that you can clearly understand what forms are taking more time to either abandon or complete shown by the Conversion and bounce rate indicators.
Integrations
Improved auditing in Workato
So that you can have full audibility for integration changes, we have added a new Integrations Designer role, which, when assigned to a user, gives the user a unique integration user ID, which we store in a new standard property we have added to the standard User model, Integrations user ID. See our knowledge base article Assign or revoke a role.
You need the new role assigned to your user to view the Integrations tile on the Admin page dashboard. When the new role is assigned, you'll receive an email from Workato letting you know a new user has been added.
When you remove the role, the integrations user ID is removed, and you can no longer view the Integrations tile. You also get an email from Workato letting you know that person has left the team.
Models
Import function added to the User model
We've added the IMPORTS tab to the User model so that you can now manually import your users.
The import works in the same way as for other models. See our knowledge base article, Import new or updated data into your model.
You can see any earlier imports, create a new import, and search and filter your previous imports. You can import values for standard properties as well as your own custom properties.
Users aren't sent an invitation after you import your users. Instead, if you have the single sign-on set up, they will connect automatically. Otherwise, they will need to use the password reset feature to activate their user account.
Export users
We've improved User exports so that now you can export both standard and custom properties. To see how to export a model's data, see our knowledge base article, Export data from your model to update it.
