Raise case tickets to the HR help desk
Use the Workbot app on Slack to raise a case by entering "Applaud ticket". The Workbot follows up with prompts for additional information, such as a summary, description, and priority level:

You can install the Help and case management template to add the functionality to handle HR support tickets. You can check the case has been raised on the Case admin page:
Escalate the help desk case ticket
When you enter your case information on the Workbot, this recipe triggers a question about escalating your case:
Cancel raising help desk case ticket
You can cancel your help desk case with this recipe. Enter "Applaud cancel ticket" after raising your case:

You can change the priority and other fields of a case using this recipe. Enter "Applaud no escalation ticket" to trigger chat flow:
The Workbot asks you to confirm the ID for the case you are referring to, if you need a reminder on how to find this, see About the object ID. You are asked to reconfirm the fields to update them. We're changing the priority from "high" to "normal":
