This template provides first-time users with guided assistance that boosts productivity.
It installs functionality and content already covered in other template articles:

The template adds several pages to form a welcome tour. The tour fits the varying navigation styles for desktop and mobile. You can amend the content of any of these pages by selecting the edit pencil icon from the main toolbar, see our knowledge base article, About pages.
When using the desktop, from within the chatbot window, select the tour link, which opens the Welcome tour page:
This contains a rich text block with essential information on tasks, including a handy GIF show where to go to access your task page. The text below the GIF links to the Tasks knowledge base article, see About tasks.
Select NEXT to open the following page:

Everything you see is customizable. You might choose to add more pages to the tour or play around with the images, GIFs, and choice of language to suit your organization's needs.

Here you can see how each experience with a first-time user will go, depending on how they respond to the chatbot. The chat flow targets users who have not logged in before and appears on either the Home page from the Home page template or Admin home:
