If a part of Applaud isn't working as expected, or it used to work and no longer works, or it works for another colleague and not you, there are a couple of troubleshooting tips you can try.
Try clearing your browser's cache
Usually, this could be a browser issue if something works for someone else, not yourself. Here are a few links to help you clear your browser's cache. There are many other browsers available, so if you don't see a link to the help topic for your browser, please see your browser's support pages.
Browser extensions could be to blame
Ad blockers can sometimes block functionality online too. For example, the Google Chrome uBlock Origin extension can prevent graphs from appearing on the page in Chrome. Disable the extension and try the Applaud platform again.
