Currently, we have a known issue when importing an Excel file format where two of the three date formats you can select aren't working. Our teams are working on correcting this. However, in the meantime, to continue using the manual import feature, you can change your date format in your source file and select the third date format. Alternatively, you can save your file as a CSV file.
For example, if you import an Excel file into Applaud with a date field in the format "1/2/1930," you'll need to change the date format to match our third option so we can adequately import that as a date property into the database, in the format "1930-01-02."
Then when you import the file, select the third date format option in Applaud:
This issue doesn't affect imports when using Workato to import data. Only the manual imports are affected.
