This template adds the Pay history model to store and manage historic payment records:

The Pay info model stores data for salary details:
The Total reward model stores data for a person's job compensation, such as salary and bonuses:
Pages
The template adds the People admin page:
To add a new person, select NEW EMPLOYEE, which opens the Employee page in a modal window:
You can add a secondary action to the list block on the People admin page to open the Pay admin page, where you can add payment information and view how this is shown to the employee. See our knowledge base article, Add a list block.
To add payment information for the employee, from the Pay information block, select ADD, which opens the Add pay essentials page in a modal window:
To add payment history information from the Pay history block, select ADD, which opens the Paycheck page in a modal window:
To add a reward component such as a bonus, from the Total reward components block, select ADD, which opens the Edit reward component page in a modal window:
To see how this is presented to the employee, select SWITCH TO EMPLOYEE VIEW, which opens the Pay page:
If nothing appears in your lists on this page, you might have to edit the block's filters. To the content category you want to use for payment information for your employees:
