Use an if/then branch chat action to make your chat flows take different paths depending on your specific conditions. When you add quick replies to the Ask a question chat action, if/then branches are added for you automatically, so you can then add another action. However, you can also add your own if/then branch with the Add if/then branch chat action to control the conversation further.
For example, you can only deal with the holiday balance of an employee in a certain country.
This adds the branch to your chatbot so you can continue to add actions based on the conditions met.
