In the Chatbot action dialog box, To make your chat take different paths depending on the conditions you specify, select Add if/then branch.
If you want the selected data to meet every condition you add, add a condition under the Hide when ALL of the following conditions are met (and) section. Otherwise, if you want the selected data to meet just one of several conditions, add your conditions under the Hide when ANY of the following conditions are met (or) section.
From the Property list, select the property you want. You can select:
Any custom user properties.
Related model properties, if your custom user model has foreign keys to other models, for example, "Person - First Name."
Properties retrieved by the Retrieve information chat action you added earlier in the chatflow.
Responses from the Ask a question chat action added earlier in the chatflow, for example, "Ask for email - response."
From the Criteria list, select the condition you want the property value to meet.
In the Value box, enter the property's value you want the condition to meet. You can select custom user properties, previously retrieved information values, and prior responses.
