By default, users sign in to your Applaud tenant using the Applaud Cloud sign-in form.
Using Applaud for authentication
If you don’t have a separate identity provider, Applaud can handle authentication for you. In this case, users enter their username and password each time they want to access the tenant.
Using single sign-on (SSO)
If your organization uses an identity provider (IdP), such as Okta, OneLogin, or Google, you can configure your Applaud tenant to use single sign-on (SSO). This allows users to sign in using their corporate credentials, reducing the need to manage multiple logins.
