In Applaud, you can brand your app to match your company’s identity, from logos and fonts to colors and footers. This ensures employees see a consistent experience across the platform. Watch the short video for an overview, then follow the sections below for details and related links.
Apply your company brand
You can manage branding from the Brands page, which is accessible from the main Admin area. Use this space to:
- Upload your logo and favicon
- Set your header color (choose one or two colors)
- Select a font from the built-in list or upload your own font file
If you're a premium-tier customer, you can easily create and switch between multiple brands.

Add a custom footer
If you want to display a branded footer across your app, you can design and build one outside the Applaud platform using HTML and CSS.
We recommend using an online IDE, such as Codepen, to design and preview your footer at various sizes. When you're happy with the result:
- Copy the footer HTML and CSS into the brand settings in Applaud.
- Ensure it is responsive across desktop and tablet.
- For mobile devices, we recommend using a bottom navigation instead of a footer for the best user experience.
