If you see this message when trying to access your Applaud application, our software has detected your device is not secure. We recommend you don't use the device to access your sensitive information in your Applaud application.
Our software performs routine root and jailbreak-detection checks throughout the Applaud application. These checks can detect if an application is inside an emulator or running on a rooted or jailbroken device. This is important because an application running on a rooted or jailbroken device gives an attacker the chance to test every aspect of the application, for example, files stored inside the application's private data directory. The attacker can exploit run-time injections, such as hooking and dynamic instrumentation methods, or search for sensitive information.
