We have added Survey and SurveyEvent models and made them available so that you can use them in your model workflows.
So that experience designers can easily design the chat experience, we've created a visual representation of the chat flow.
Note
The full chatbot functionality is not fully available yet.
So that you can control managers' access to their direct and indirect reports' data, we have added support to refer to the linked model's properties. For example, if you add a Manager foreign key property to a Person model, Applaud creates what is known as an ancestor ID array automatically. This is available for you to select when you apply a condition when creating a new filter on the model's access control tab.
We have enhanced the survey functionality to add a widget for the digital experience survey to a third-party website. When creating your digital experience survey, Applaud generates the code automatically. You can copy this and add it to your website so that your users can complete the survey.
When you add your digital experience survey widget to your website so that your users can respond to the survey, they need to be signed in to your Applaud tenant. We have added the functionality so that your users can now sign in from the widget but are then redirected back to the website they were on. This supports Single Sign-On too.
