This has been requested by a few customers. Some users mistakenly decline the meeting and think that will get communicated back to the Learning Administrators in the same way as a 'Reject' Action on a Workflow notifcation.
Sadly, we've been unable to find a way to achieve this, mainly because the decline action takes part in Microsoft Outlook independently from Oracle. We will keep this ER open and update if we get any bright ideas. If any user out there has a good creative idea about how we could implement a feature of this nature, do let us know by updating this forum.
