Procedure
- From the Admin home page, select Chatbots and select the bot you want.
- Select the FEEDBACK tab to query the conversations between your bot and employees where employees have submitted feedback.
- Select the conversation you want to review, which opens with the latest response at the top, along with the feedback from the employee.
