Super users are key individuals with advanced knowledge of the AI assistant and can assist with tasks such as managing content, configuring settings, and monitoring analytics.
AI assistant roles
- AI Assistant viewer: Can view AI Assistant bot but is not permitted to change anything. This role is ideal for anyone who wants to see how the AI assistant performs without altering the setup.
- AI Assistant manager: Can view and modify existing bots, handle integrations, manage users, view analytics, and change settings. This role is suited for those directly responsible for shaping and updating the AI assistant.
View and manage existing users
- From the USERS tab, locate the user you wish to view or manage.
Use the search and filter functions at the top of the list to quickly find the user.
- Select the user you wish to manage.
- From the Invite user window, you can change the Role of the selected user.
- Select SAVE when you've made your changes.
- You can optionally choose to REMOVE the user by selecting the three dots to the right side of the user.
Invite additional users
- From the USERS tab, select INVITE USER from the top right of the page.
- From the Choose employee drop-down list, select the user you want to invite.
- If the employee isn't available, check the box to enter an email address.
- Under Role, select the role you want to assign to the user.
- From the top-right of the modal window, select SAVE.
