Provide your AI assistant with the specific files you want it to be able to access, like PDFs, Word documents, or text files, ensuring critical information is indexed and easily accessible.
Prerequisites
- Ensure you understand what documents can be indexed, see our knowledge base article, What content is available to the AI assistant?.
Upload documents
- Navigate to the CONTENT tab.
- In the Title field, enter a meaningful title for the document.
- Under Document, select UPLOAD.
- Find and select your document.
- Select Open.
- Select UPLOAD NOW.
- Optionally select Restricted audience to select the countries in which the document is relevant, or select the Only for manager check box if the document is only relevant to managers.
- Select SAVE.
View and manage existing documents
- From the CONTENT tab, scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Select EXISTING DOCUMENTS.
- Locate the document you wish to view or manage.
You can use the search function at the top of the list to quickly find your document.
- From the menu to the right of the document, optionally, DELETE the document.
