What's on the dashboard?
Below is a description of what each analytic block gives you:
Count by category: shows how knowledge articles are divided into different categories, helping you identify areas with lots of information and areas with less.
Count by country: gives insights into regional engagement and helps tailor content to meet the specific needs of different locations.
Manager-exclusive content shows how many knowledge articles are available only to managers.
Most viewed: shows the most viewed knowledge articles, which helps identify valuable content, understand user interests, and guide future content creation.
Count by owner: displays the distribution of content ownership among team members, encouraging contributions and recognizing individual efforts.
