History in knowledge management refers to the record of all actions and interactions related to knowledge articles within your organization. This includes creations, submissions, approvals, and publishing updates. Other incremental changes to articles are logged under Revisions. See our article Revision control for more information.
View History
- As a knowledge owner, navigate to your My knowledge page.
- Find and select the article you want to view.
- Select the History tab from the top of the page.
