Configure chatbot global settings

Procedure

1. On the Admin home page, select Chatbots, and then on the Bots page, select GLOBAL SETTINGS.
2. On the Global settings dialog box, in the Anonymous bot label box, enter a unique name for the name shown to users when they're not signed into Applaud.
3. In the Disclaimer box, enter a custom disclaimer to appear to users when they're not signed in.
4. To integrate your chatbot with your website, copy the Embed code provided and paste it before the closing body tag in your HTML file. It's important to update the channel name in the script before saving the updated HTML to ensure accurate analytical reports. For example: <applaud-widget id='applaud' channel='Payslip site' tenant-host='https://mycompany-com.applaud.com'></applaud-widget><script src='https://cdrive.mycompany.com/static/init-widget.js'></script>

   Click the copy icon to quickly copy the code and prevent mistakes from highlighting the text.

   When you embed a bot in your site, it appears in the bottom right of the page.
