Make it easier for employees to access the right services by publishing and controlling the visibility of apps within Applaud and third-party apps. With our app publishing tool, you can easily customize who has access to your app for different audiences. You can even create deep links for specific features within third-party apps and link them to the navigation menu for easy access. Plus, all apps are automatically included in the search function for convenience.

Procedure
- Once the installation is complete, assign yourself the HRSS role.
- Go to menus and add the Apps library to the second position of the Setup menu. See our knowledge base article, Add menu items to your global or a sub-menu.
- To access the App library page, go to the Setup page, where you can find the option to access it. Then, install the Setup template.
- Provide the necessary information for the apps and deep links in your landscape.
Models
The App model contains information about each app.
The App deep link model contains further links within each app for each app.
Pages
The App Library page lets HR admins add new apps and manage existing ones. Select ADD APP.
The App page opens in a modal window so you can add the details of your app. Fill in the details and then on the App library page, select the app to open the App detail page.
The App details page displays the app's name at the top with the details you entered. You can also add further deep links for the app. For example, if there are several pages you might need to quickly navigate to, such as payroll, select ADD DEEP LINK.
The App deep link page opens in a model window. Add the details of the URL you want to add to your app.
Search objects
The template adds the Apps search object, which means employees can use the global search to find links to their HR apps.
