Using AI to generate FAQ's, Highlights and Knowledge articles in your Applaud Platform

Prerequisites

• Set up AI Integration to generate content for Knowledge articles, FAQs and highlights
• Content library pack

Procedure

1. On either the Knowledge articles, Highlights or FAQs page, select Generate using AI.
2. Fill in the form, making sure you describe what content you want the AI to generate, and select Start generating now.
3. You'll see the AI working on generating your content. When it's finished, you'll see a new item on your list. Select the item to review and edit it.
