The "Go to" chatbot action adds a link to another chatbot action already in your chatbot so that you don't need to duplicate the same actions for different branches.
You can only add the new Go to action below one of the if/then or approval branches. If you try to add it before or without a branch with eligible nodes, you'll see there are no eligible nodes found and see an error message.
You need to select an existing actions from the list. You must choose an action further down in the hierarchy.

You can't add another Go to action below a Go to action. Validation prevents infinite loops. You can modify the "Go to" action by selecting it. You can change or delete the selected action. You can't delete a workflow action referenced by any "Go to" actions, you first must remove the action from the Go to action before you can delete it.
