Purpose
The technical details of the Applaud Cloud Fair Usage Policy are detailed in this document to ensure a fair distribution of services and resources. It covers storage, API usage, Workflow Actions, and policy enforcement mechanisms.
Storage
File upload limit: The maximum file size you can upload in a transaction is 25 MB. This limit is fixed.
API Requests
Rate Limits: 1500 calls per hour.
Exceeding API Rate Limits: If a client exceeds the API rate limits, they will receive a "429 Too Many Requests" HTTP status code for requests beyond the limit.
Workflow Actions
Limits: Workflow Actions processed per year is 5 million.
Monitoring and Enforcement
Applaud Cloud employs automated monitoring tools to detect and notify of any FUP breaches.
Review and Changes
Review Cycle: This policy is reviewed every six months or as needed based on user feedback and usage patterns.
Update Notifications: Users will be notified 30 days before any significant policy changes.
